One workable choice
Making a dependable action available can remove the need to find out which situation you are in.
The handlers need a route for the museum whale. Must they know every route available, or only enough to select one that works? A service passage can change the answer without revealing the old layout.
This advances our enquiry into locally executable work. The world and available methods remain supplied. These are route-selection decisions, not proof that a physical move finishes.
Change the arrangement

A cue outcome is one distinguishable local view. These counts are not messages, bits, money or a measurement of human effort.

Less information need not cost less
Separate comparison: original criterion, known installed service passage, and the four supplied interventions east cue, west cue, full briefing and service. Full briefing costs twice a cue. Every installed item is charged once. This price comparison is independent of the scenario above.
The curator still has a different question
The service passage changes the route problem. It conveys no evidence of completion. The original complete/underway and delivery histories remain admitted; accurate attended inspection and known reliable delivery remain strong supplied premises.
What the mathematics adds
Inside each visible group, a local rule must choose the same action in every possible world. One successful choice requires an action common to the whole group. Full option knowledge requires identical admissible sets throughout the group. The boxes above show the actual groups computed by the model.
A careful ordinary decision table captures this result completely. Enumeration makes all alternative cues, failed cases and claim boundaries inspectable; this trial establishes no practical superiority over that table, no new logical theorem and no general temporal planning method.
Read the source → concept → construction → limitation account. Inspect the calculation and independent finite checks.
