01 / Change one assumption

Same number, different grounds for a claim

The browser displays the results of the repository’s RDF, SHACL and SPARQL pipeline.

An assessment is not acceptance.

A within-limit result would support one condition. The authority and evidence needed to accept the work remain separate.

      The connections behind the result

Select a box or an arrow to read its exact claim. Start with the assessment, expand to its complete case record, or inspect the ontology’s local class hierarchy.

Measurement and acceptance knowledge graphDirected relationships from the RDF model. Every node and connection is also available in the text list below.

Select an arrow to read it, or turn on all arrow labels. Drag a box to move it; drag the background to pan. Arrows show RDF statements, not a sequence of work. Equal box size carries no ranking.

Read the graph as a list

The same RDF-derived concepts and connections, without navigating the diagram. Search above applies here too.

      03 / From a description to work

Better distinctions reveal the missing work

      End

      What would count?

State the condition you want to establish for this ring. A chosen movement limit is one condition; acceptance of the work is a larger claim.

      Ways

      How could we know?

Check a suitable observation against the declared criterion. Changing the criterion can permit reassessment of the same evidence; changing the physical configuration may require new evidence.

      Means

      What must exist?

The identified object, a valid measurement record, its time and configuration, and a stated rule. Gaps identify work still required before that condition is established.

The useful improvement is not a bigger graph. It is being able to say exactly why a conclusion follows—or which missing fact prevents it.

The ontology does not derive a project schedule or demonstrate engineering safety. The work that must exist separately tests planning with declared actions and conditions.

The earlier Solway ontology sketch supplied the starting question. This replacement is an authored synthetic model: its project, observations, limits and assessments are not records of a real tunnel.

The displayed results and graph are generated from the RDF files. The page selects saved cases; it does not run a reasoner or a live GraphDB service in your browser.
