What this is trying to change

Project decisions borrow confidence from published research. The purpose here is to make that reliance inspectable: what was observed, what was inferred, what can be repeated, and what would change our minds.

The first attempt uses an accessible literature-review table. Later attempts may test surveys, case explanations, quantitative estimates or practical prescriptions. Influence earns attention; it does not establish either truth or suspicion.

Essai 1 is a table reconstruction and sensitivity analysis. Independent full-text recoding, original database retrieval and tests on real projects remain open. The work makes no misconduct finding or editorial recommendation.
