Business project benchmark

Can the next model give us a better answer to the same project question?

First developed baseline · 21 October 2026

A survey benchmark establishes one fixed reference across three different project paths.
The shared project: launch a repair-and-reuse service

Two hubs, twelve weeks and a £240,000 budget. All data are fictional.

Two repair hubs connected by a shared delivery route, with work, people and information moving between them.

The same case is supplied to every question. Task-specific records are fixed inside the downloadable question pack.

Keep the answers. Compare the runs.

This first set was developed with the model and checked while being built. It is a starting point, with no claim yet that one model has improved on another.

    Repeat, review and compare

Use the same case, question version and recorded assistance rules. Retain the new answers, review them, then compare. Model identity and tool access belong in each run record.

Import reads scores and notes only. It never executes an imported answer. Keep each run’s HTML answers alongside its review file. Run protocol and limitations.
