The railway power example has moved into the archive.
The current essay explores battery power for wildlife-crossing monitoring: cameras, sensors and a data link, with their cooling and conversion overhead.
The old railway model used kW, kWh and square metres. The monitoring model uses W, Wh and allocated cabinet volume in litres, with different costs. Saved railway queries are not transferred or recalculated here.
